- Ask for a detailed, written quote with a range of time stated for when they plan to do the project.
- Ensure they have the right equipment and skilled/trained personnel for the work that you need done. We have been called to fix the mistakes others have made due to improper skills and equipment.
- Be sure they are experienced in working on native trees in our area.
- Be sure they have good communication and are responsive.
- Review before/after photos and videos on their website or Facebook.
- Contact references or reviews.
- Upon receipt of your request, we will schedule a time to meet with you to assess the scope of work for your project.
- We will provide a written quote detailing the work. It’s very common for people to add on work while we are there because they see how we work and choose to add on so please have your project in mind so we can maximize our time while we are working on your property.
- We will call you at least two days before to ensure the property is prepared for our arrival, i.e., vehicles are moved, water is turned off, etc.
- When the project is complete, we will go through the quote and walk around the project to ensure everything is done as quoted.
