• Estimates outside this area may require a fee

Estimates are based on observable conditions at the time of evaluation. Final pricing may change due to:

• Changes in scope
• Accessibility challenges

Project Scope and Site Conditions

By requesting services, you acknowledge:

• Tree work is evaluated based on visible and disclosed conditions
• Not all risks can be identified through photos or limited inspection
• We assess the full property environment, including:
  • Nearby structures
  • Power lines and service wires
  • Terrain and accessibility
  • Surrounding trees and hazards
    
    

You agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your property.

Scheduling and Priority Services

• Scheduling is based on availability, weather, and job complexity
• Emergency and storm-related services may receive priority scheduling
• Appointment times are estimated and may shift due to field conditions
  
  

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide safe and clear access to the work area
• Secure pets and remove obstacles
• Disclose known hazards (including underground utilities, septic systems, etc.)
• Confirm property boundaries when necessary

Failure to do so may result in delays, additional charges, or rescheduling.

Payments

• Payment terms will be outlined in your estimate or invoice
• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing

Cancellations and Changes

• Reasonable notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
• Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee

Limitation of Liability
